A Quick Note On Our Wood Products

Most furniture today is made from uniform materials like plastics, composites, or tiny shredded pieces of wood fibers. Even things that look like real wood, probably are not made of solid wood. Basically, we're used to seeing furniture made from giant machines and robots, not harvested from nature and sculpted by humans.

Products made from real wood are not uniform. Knots, grain patterns, color changes, and texture variations are all things we celebrate when building with real wood! Our furniture processes are accomplished by skilled craftsmen using various hand tools.

Our furniture PROUDLY looks unique and not manufactured on a robotic assembly line. Join us in celebrating the inconsistencies and character marks! Real people deserve real furniture.

You can learn more about celebrating the imperfect by studying the principles of the traditional Japanese aesthetic concept: Wabi-sabi.

Our furniture is built and finished with the intention of being used indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Any outdoor use of our furniture is untested and may result in warping/weathering beyond our expectations for quality and longevity.

Sales/Return Policy

Samara Table Company LLC ["Our"] is not responsible for any damage to the product after the items have been released from our warehouse or our delivery vehicle(s). If something gets damaged during a third-party freight delivery, the customer will find making an insurance claim with the delivery company, then reordering the item(s) as the best route forward.

All sales on custom-made items are final. This includes personalized items or “built-to-order” furniture. Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so let's communicate and solve any issues together!

In order to keep prices low and maintain inventory, all sales on any “pre-buy” items are final. Again, good communication is the best tool for resolution here if you have an extenuating circumstance.

Personalization

Samara Table Company LLC is not responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or similar grammatical errors submitted with an order. The submitted text will be used to personalize each item - we check spelling on each item at least 4 times before packaging.

If the wrong text is submitted with your order, please contact us ASAP! We will do our best to make necessary changes to a submitted personalization order (mistakes happen!) but we cannot guarantee your request for any changes submitted more than 12 hours after the order was originally submitted.

We will not personalize any item using words of profanity, hate speech, overtly sexual messages, or any other language deemed inappropriate (at the sole discretion of Samara Table Company LLC). In the event we deem a personalization option is in violation of this policy, we will contact the customer for an alternative option or cancel the order and issue a refund.
